We have over 10 different economic shipping ways. They are fast delivery. We will choose the best one to your country. Different shipping ways have different feature. Some need a few days to be found in the tracking system because the post does a lot of preprocess but the delivery time will be very short after it can be tracked. So please be patient if it happens.


Order confirmation and tracking:

You will receive a confirm email after the payment is completed. But sometimes you may not receive the email because the failed mail server. Please don’t worry if it happens because there will be an email with tracking No. sent to you after we send the package a few days later. Please be patient and wait for the email message.


Orders may be delayed for the following reasons:

– Orders are waiting for a credit approval and verification.
– A product currently out of stock.
– the bad weather.
– too busy post.
– special days: Orders may be delayed shipped out as some special days, such as weekends, holidays and other special days. As so many orders need to process,we need extra days to process the order.

Return

Return Policy

We accept replacement or refund for the following reasons :

1. Shipping error
2. Damage goods
3. The wrong size
We process the return or exchange.

You must return the package in 5 days with new and unused condition after you receive the package(s).

We pay the return postage if you receive wrong goods or the goods have quality problem. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Please pay for return shipping fee, if you choose the wrong size, or you do not like the merchandise.

The credit card refund needs different time according to the bank of your card. If you are in the remote area or your card from a small bank, the time may be longer.


Exchange Policy

Please contact us with your name and order email and order number when you want to exchange different size or color within 5 days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our cusomer service, they will help you. All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have to pay shipping fee and handling fee as well.
